Home away from home! Will be back! Positive: Lovely back yard with fire pit, hammock, grill, water fountain. Completely fenced in great for dogs.🐕 Negative: I can’t think of anything off hand.

Positive: Had a nice garden Negative: There was no temperature control in the room hence the temperature the other guests selected was too cold for us

Comfortable home away from home for your memorable getaway. Positive: Stephen was a wonderful host and has really paid attention to every detail that may be important to guests. The property was charming and beautifully maintained with many special artistic touches. We really enjoyed sitting in the garden in the evening. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. Parking was not a problem and the home is close enough to ‘downtown’ Culpeper to walk to explore the boutiques, cafes, restaurants and bars. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property for a weekend getaway or even for use as a home base while exploring the surrounding area. Negative: I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say. The property is not a 5 star hotel but in my opinion this type of accommodation is better because it has character and the comforts of home. If you prefer the sterility of a hotel, don’t stay in this wonderful home away from home.

Positive: Das Haus war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und eines der schönsten B&B Häuser in denen wir jemals waren - ein grosses Kompliment an den Vermieter. Wir hatten das Master Bedroom mit eigenem Bad. Im Haus gibt es noch zwei weitere Zimmer zur Vermietung.Das Wohnzimmer hatte viel zu bieten: Dart spielen, Pool Billard und sogar einen Spiele-Computertisch aus den 80-ziger Jahren. Da wir keine anderen Gäste sahen, hatten wir das Gefühl das Haus für uns alleine zu haben. Wir werden es in bester Erinnerung behalten. Negative: Für uns hat alles super gepasst

Great location and host Positive: The breakfast set up was great. The location gave easy access to Downtown Culpeper. The home was quaint and so cute. Negative: I don't have anything in particular that we didn't like.
